- Choose Your Location – Place the cold plunge on a flat, stable surface suitable for supporting the tub when filled with water.
- Connect the Chiller – If using the optional 0.8 HP or 1.0 HP cold/heat chiller, connect it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Fill With Water – Fill the barrel with clean water to the recommended operating level.
- Set Your Temperature – Use the chiller controls or WiFi app to select your desired water temperature. Cold therapy can reach as low as 37°F (3°C).
- Allow to Cool or Heat – Give the system enough time to reach your selected temperature before entering.
- Enter Safely – Use the included Pacific Cedar step and carefully lower yourself onto the built-in seat.
- Enjoy Your Session – Relax in the ergonomic seated position and keep your session appropriate for your experience and comfort level.
