For general relaxation and wellness, start with 2–3 sessions per week and gradually increase based on your comfort and experience. Keep sessions within the duration recommended by Golden Designs, stay well hydrated, and allow yourself to cool down afterward. More frequent use may be appropriate for experienced sauna users, but always listen to your body and follow the manufacturer’s safety guidelines.
The Dynamic Serena combines a compact two-person footprint with seven Low EMF FAR infrared carbon heating panels, natural Canadian Hemlock construction, and a full suite of comfort features. Chromotherapy, red light, Bluetooth and MP3 audio, built-in speakers, interior LED controls, and roof ventilation create a more complete home sauna experience while the 120V/15A connection keeps installation straightforward.
The Serena does not require a 220V/240V connection. It operates on 120V / 15A non-GFCI power and is designed as a plug-and-play sauna. Golden Designs recommends a dedicated outlet.
Wipe the Canadian Hemlock interior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and clean sweat or moisture promptly. After a session, temporarily leave the door open so the cabin can cool and air out.
Avoid soaking the wood or using harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Keep the heating panels and roof vent free from excessive dust and follow the manufacturer's instructions for deeper cleaning.
We offer 30-day returns for your peace of mind. See our Return Policy for complete terms and conditions.
