For general relaxation and wellness, start with 2–3 sessions per week and gradually increase based on your comfort and experience. Keep sessions within the duration recommended by Golden Designs, stay well hydrated, and allow yourself to cool down afterward. More frequent use may be appropriate for experienced sauna users, but always listen to your body and follow the manufacturer’s safety guidelines.

Yes. The Bellagio requires a 120V / 20A dedicated non-GFCI receptacle and breaker. It does not require 220V/240V power, but Golden Designs specifically recommends consulting a certified electrician for the installation.
To maintain the Canadian Hemlock, regularly wipe the interior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and clean sweat or moisture promptly. Allow the sauna to air out after each session by temporarily leaving the door open. Avoid excessive water, harsh chemicals, and abrasive cleaners to help preserve the natural wood.
We offer 30-day returns for your peace of mind. See our Return Policy for complete terms and conditions.
