For general relaxation and wellness, start with 2–3 sessions per week and gradually increase based on your comfort and experience. Keep sessions within the duration recommended by Golden Designs, stay well hydrated, and allow yourself to cool down afterward. More frequent use may be appropriate for experienced sauna users, but always listen to your body and follow the manufacturer’s safety guidelines.
The Dynamic Lucca combines a compact two-person footprint with 7 Low EMF carbon heaters positioned across all four interior walls for surrounding FAR infrared warmth. Its removable bench makes the interior more versatile for stretching or yoga, while chromotherapy, red light, Bluetooth audio, built-in speakers, and natural Canadian Hemlock construction create a more complete at-home sauna experience.
The Lucca is one of the easier models to accommodate electrically. Golden Designs specifies 120V / 15A plug-and-play electrical service, rather than the 20A dedicated electrical service required by some larger sauna models. Installation should still follow the manufacturer's electrical requirements and applicable local electrical codes.
To maintain the natural Canadian Hemlock, wipe the interior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and clean away sweat or moisture promptly. Allow the sauna to air out after each session by temporarily leaving the door open.
We offer 30-day returns for your peace of mind. See our Return Policy for complete terms and conditions.
