Its 21,600 LEDs are evenly distributed across five wavelengths—450nm, 525nm, 633nm, 660nm, and 850nm—with 4,320 LEDs dedicated to each wavelength. The capsule's upper and lower light arrays provide 360° whole-body light exposure, eliminating the need to repeatedly reposition yourself in front of conventional light panels.

Customize the duty ratio anywhere from 0–100% for additional control over light delivery.
6. Begin Full-Body Exposure
Start your session and allow the capsule's 360° configuration to deliver light around your body simultaneously.
7. Relax During Your Session
The active cooling system helps manage heat while the integrated Bluetooth speakers let you listen to your preferred audio.
