• Position the Cold Plunge – Place the tub on a flat, stable surface suitable for supporting the plunge when filled with water.
  
• Connect the Chiller – If using an optional 0.8 HP or 1.0 HP cold/heat chiller, connect it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  
• Fill with Water – Fill the plunge with fresh water to the recommended operating level.
  
• Set Your Temperature – Use the chiller controls or WiFi app to select your desired water temperature, down to 37°F / 3°C.
  
• Allow Water to Cool or Heat – Let the system circulate until the water reaches your selected temperature.
  
• Enter Safely – Use the included Pacific Cedar step and slowly lower yourself into the plunge.
  
• Enjoy Your Session – Relax at a temperature and duration appropriate for your comfort and experience level.
  
• After Your Plunge – Exit carefully, maintain the water and filtration system as directed, and secure the custom cover with child-safety latches.
