- Position the Cold Plunge – Place the tub on a flat, stable surface suitable for the filled weight of the system.
- Connect the Chiller – If using an optional 0.8 HP or 1.0 HP chiller, connect it to the plunge according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Fill with Water – Fill the tub with fresh water to the recommended operating level.
- Set Your Temperature – Use the chiller controls or WiFi app to select your desired water temperature, down to 37°F / 3°C.
- Allow Water to Cool – Let the chiller circulate and cool the water until it reaches your selected temperature.
- Enter Safely – Use the included Pacific Cedar step for easier entry and slowly lower yourself into the plunge.
- Enjoy Your Session – Relax at a temperature and duration appropriate for your comfort and experience level.
- After Your Plunge – Exit carefully, maintain the water and filtration system as directed, and secure the custom cover with child-safety latches.
